No this isn't a Clarkson post. I picked up this 7 dollar fake Chinese type R gear knob for shits and giggles. Had a spoon duracon before. And oh my it feels so so good. Very nicely weighted and we'll built for the price. Only issue is that it can get very hot. Would recommend to anyone that has a similar shift pattern and thread. Snickity snick!

I want to find one that has a universal fitting so I can put it on my G25's shifter. it has the same pattern as this.
